I cannot recommend Kore Kawaii enough! I recently ordered a Kawaii Cloud iPhone Case, and not only is the design absolutely adorable, but the customer service is truly top-tier. I had accidentally ordered the wrong phone model, and Barb was so incredibly helpful in getting it updated for me right away. Later, when I had a small issue with the case, she responded promptly (even while being under the weather!) and immediately offered a replacement. It is so rare to find a shop that cares this much about their customers. I’m officially a returning customer and can’t wait to see what other cute things they release! 💖✨

The product arrived extremely well-packaged and quite quickly. When I opened the box there was unfortunately quite a lot of scratches on the translucent plastic but I’m pretty sure it’s no fault of the seller’s as it was so carefully packaged. The design is really cute, just as pictured. But one of the boxes is almost stuck and very difficult to open. 😓 All some all I’ll give it a 7/10!
