How To Request Data Deletion from Kore Kawaii

1. Contact Us
   Customers should email us at info@korekawaii.com with the subject line: “Request for Deletion of Personal Data.”
   Include the following:

   • Full Name

   • Email Address associated with your account

   • Reason for request (optional)

2. Identity Verification
   For security, we may require identity verification before processing data deletion. Please respond to any further queries from our support team.

3. Processing the Request

   • Once verified, we will erase your personal data from our Shopify records using the Shopify admin dashboard (“Erase personal data” feature).

   • Note: If you have placed orders, your order history may remain for reporting/legal purposes, but personally identifying customer information will be redacted/anonymized as per Shopify policy.

4. Notification
   You will receive an email confirmation when your data has been deleted. Once erased, you will no longer be able to access your account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

5. Estimated Timeline
   Data deletion may take up to 30 days. If additional information is needed to process your request, our support team will reach out promptly.

6. Legal Rights
   This process is in compliance with privacy regulations including GDPR/CCPA, which grant the right to data erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
